摘  要:当变压器承受外界短路冲击跳闸时,主要采用的绕组变形判定方法是低电压短路阻抗法;因试验条件、环境等因素的影响,短路阻抗法的试验结果关联性分析不强,需要采用其他试验方法进行验证。本文对绕组电容量和短路阻抗之间的变化关系进行定性分析,发现了变压器低压、中压绕组发生变形时,电容量和阻抗电压百分数会相应变化。依据220 kV变压器抗短路不足典型案例进行阻抗试验、电容量试验和解体分析,提出变压器绕组变形综合判定方法。When the transformer trips under the impact of external short-circuit,the main method to judge the winding deformation is the low-voltage short-circuit impedance method;Due to the influence of test conditions,environment and other factors,the correlation analysis of test results of short-circuit impedance method is not strong,and other test methods need to be used for verification.In this paper,the relationship between winding capacitance and short-circuit impedance is qualitatively analyzed.It is found that when the low-voltage and medium-voltage windings of transformer are deformed,the capacitance and impedance voltage percentage will change accordingly.Based on the typical case of insufficient short-circuit resistance of 220 kV transformer,the impedance test,capacitance test and disassembly analysis are carried out,and the comprehensive judgment method of transformer winding deformation is put forward.
