摘　　要：当前黑龙江省正面临着体制机制创新驱动发展与挑战。基于经济发展中的产业结构调整的原因、方向、动力的机理,以产业结构的合理化和产业结构的高级化为目标,提出借助产业结构调整动力系统的重要助推作用,发展黑龙江省现代产业结构,促进经济增长的相关建议。At present, Heilongjiang Province is facing development challenges such as prominent contradiction between system and mechanism and insufficient innovation-driven development. In this context, based on the reason, direction and driving mechanism of industrial structure adjustment in economic development, aiming at the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop modern industrial structure and promote economic growth in Heilongjiang Province with the help of the important boosting function of the driving system of industrial structure adjustment.
