摘　　要：本文通过分析前海、留仙洞、香蜜湖三个具有代表性的实践案例,回顾深圳市城市规划设计研究院有限公司(以下简称“深规院”)全流程综合规划以总设计师工作方式的持续创新实践,其中既有以项目化伴随服务方式的“隐性总设计师”,也有以制度化方式明确的地区总设计师实践探索,希冀从技术方法、工作思路及组织模式上为我国城市总设计师制度的建设完善提供实践经验与发展思路。On the basis of systematically analyzing practical cases of the city chief designer system in the area of Qianhai,Liuxiandong,Xiangmi Lake,this paper reviews the continuous innovation practice of comprehensive planning of the whole process in Urban Planning and Design Institute of Shenzhen.There are not only the"implicit chief designer"of project-based companion services has been made,but also the practice and exploration of the institutionalized system of regional chief designer.From the aspects of technological approach,work concepts and organizational pattern,it looks forward to providing practical experience and construction framework for the improvement of the city chief designer system in China.
