摘　　要：技术服务平台作为近年来兴起的“总师制”的一种机制形式,具有服务提供方式和责任承担分配等方面的自身制度特色。在深圳前海合作区的规划建设中,无论在规划、市政领域,还是建筑与景观设计的管理领域,始终有它的伴随。作者从自身和团队多年来承担技术服务平台运作管理所做出的实践及探索经验教训出发,试图总结并叙述这种创新的辅助管理机制对当前社会建设管理工作的益处与探索意义。As a mechanism form of chief designer system emerging in recent years,the technical service platform has lots of abnormal features on method of serving,assignment of responsibility and so on.Not only in the field of urban planning and civil engineering,but also on the management of architecture design and landscape design,this platform was widely applied in the construction project of urban planning of Shenzhen Qianhai Corporation Zone during the whole process.In terms of running this platform,the paper has accumulated abundant successful and failed experience of teams’practice,to summarize and state the benefits and meaning of this innovative supporting management system.
