摘  要:研究了采用一种自行设计的动-静耦合搅拌系统强化铬铁矿加压氧化浸出过程中的气-液-固三相传质以提高浸出效率,考察了各因素对铬铁矿中铬、铝浸出的影响,分析了铬铁矿液相氧化浸出动力学。结果表明:在铬铁矿粒度小于58μm、搅拌速度800 r/min、氧分压2.4 MPa、氢氧化钠质量分数60%、碱矿质量比4/1、反应温度240℃、反应时间240 min条件下,铬、铝浸出率均大于97%;浸出过程受界面化学反应控制,铬、铝浸出反应表观活化能分别为34.36、30.69 kJ/mol。A self-design dynamic and static coupling stirring system with several static rods was used to intensify a gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction process involving liquid-phase oxidative leaching of chromite for improving leaching efficiency.Based on the stirring system,the effects of leaching conditions on chromium and aluminum leaching rate were examined,and the kinetics of liquid-phase oxidation leaching of chromite was analyzed.The results show that under the conditions of chromite particle size of less than 58μm,stirring speed of 800 r/min,oxygen partial pressure of 2.4 MPa,alkali mass fraction of 60%and alkali to ore mass ratio of 4/1,reaction temperature of 240℃and reaction time of 240 min,the leaching rate of chromium and aluminum are more than 97%.The leaching processes of chromium and aluminum are all controlled by interfacial chemical reactions,and the apparent activation energies are 34.36 kJ/mol and 30.69 kJ/mol,respectively.
