高校思想政治创新教育模式研究

摘　　要：目前,高校思想政治教育还存在现有教师团队思政素质不高、思政教育的教学模式较为单一、学生对思政教育重视程度不足以及缺少对学生真实感受的反馈处理等问题。基于此,结合当下高校思想政治的教育模式存在的问题,分析了高校思想政治改革创新教育模式的必要性,深度探究了教学模式、教师素质、学生重视程度、课后学生反馈四个方面,提出了固本型、创新型、硬性目标型、教学型和双向型创新的高校思想政治教育模式。At present,there are still problems in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,such as the low ideological and political quality of the existing teachers,the relatively single teaching mode of ideological and political education,the lack of students’ attention to ideological and political education,and the lack of feedback processing of students’ real feelings.Based on this,combined with the problems existing in the current ideological and political education model in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the necessity of ideological and political reform and innovation in educational models in colleges and universities,and deeply explores four aspects:teaching mode,teachers’ quality,students’ attention,and after-class students’ feedback.It has established the ideological and political education model of colleges and universities that is based on solid,innovative,rigid goal,teaching and two-way innovation.
