疏肝解毒法对桥本氏甲状腺炎伴甲减患者TG-Ab及TPO-Ab的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝解毒法对桥本氏甲状腺炎伴甲减患者甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)及甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPO-Ab)的影响。方法:选取68例TG-Ab及TPO-Ab均增高的桥本氏甲状腺炎伴甲减门诊患者,分别以西药治疗+疏肝解毒法辨证施治(治疗组33例),及单纯西药治疗(对照组35例),观察临床疗效。结果:对照组和治疗组患者临床症状评分较治疗前均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组、治疗组分别有22例、33例抗体下降,有效率分别为62.86%(22/35)和100%(33/33);治疗前后治疗组TG-Ab和TPO-Ab下降明显(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝解毒法能有效降低TG-Ab及TPO-Ab水平,明显改善桥本氏甲状腺炎患者的症状及体征,纠正甲状腺功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Jiedu therapy on thyroglobulin antibody(TG-Ab)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)in the patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)accompanied by hypothyroidism.Methods:68 patients with HT accompanied by hypothyroidism were divided into the treatment group(n=33)and the control group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with TCM Shugan Jiedu therapy,whereas the control group was treated with western medicine therapy.The serum levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab were measured before and after the treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical symptom scores were decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).There were 22 cases of decreased antibodies in the control group and 33 cases of decreased antibodies in the treatment group,the effectively rate was 62.86%(22/35)in the control group and 100%(33/33)in the treatment group,respectively.Serum levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shugan Jiedu therapy can effectively decrease the serum levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab,significantly improve the signs and symptoms of HT,and rectify thyroid function.
