摘 要:目前我国风电应用正在向沿海和中部地区人口比较稠密的地区扩展,风力机在运行时产生的噪声会对风电场周围一定范围内的敏感区居民造成影响,因此,研究翼型噪声对风电产业意义重大。利用CFD软件FLUENT和声学分析软件FINE/Acoustics对NACA0012翼型进行了数值模拟,来流风速55.5m/s,攻角0度,翼型弦长0.3048m,模拟与风洞试验结果吻合较好,同时得到了该翼型远场声场分布规律,结论如下:气动噪声计算结果与风洞试验结果较吻合;随着距离变大,声压级不断降低,降低越来越少,单调递减;声压级在低频和高频段时较低,中间频段时较高,部分方向声压级接近60dB,达到20000Hz时,高频段声压级低于低频段,部分方向声压级低至30dB以下;低频时,前缘声压级较高,尾缘声压级较低;高频时,尾缘声压级较高,前缘声压级较低;在低速的情况下,流经翼型的气动声源特性是偶极子源辐射噪声。综合结果表明,数值模拟技术是风力发电机组叶片二维翼型气动噪声分析经济可行的参考手段。At present,the application of wind power in China is expanding to densely populated areas in coastal and central areas.The noise generated by wind turbines during operation will affect residents in sensitive areas around the wind farm.Therefore,the study of airfoil noise is of great significance to the wind power industry.Therefore,the study of airfoil noise is of great significance to the wind power industry.In this paper,CFD software FLUENT and acoustic analysis software FINE/Acoustics are used to simulate NACA0012 airfoil successfully.The wind speed is 55.5m/s,the angle of attack is 0 degree,and the chord length of airfoil is 0.3048m.The simulation results are in good agreement with the wind tunnel test results.At the same time,the far-field sound field distribution of the airfoil is obtained,and the following conclusions are obtained:the aerodynamic noise calculation results are in good agreement with the wind tunnel test results;With the increase of the distance,the sound pressure level decreases,and the decrease is less and less;The sound pressure level is lower in the low and high frequency bands,and higher in the middle frequency band.The sound pressure level in some directions is close to 60dB.When it reaches 20000Hz,the sound pressure level in high frequency band is lower than that in low frequency band,and the sound pressure level in some directions is lower than 30dB;At low frequency,the sound pressure level at the leading edge is higher and that at the trailing edge is lower;At high frequency,the sound pressure level at the trailing edge is higher and that at the leading edge is lower;In the case of low speed,the characteristics of the aerodynamic sound source flowing through the airfoil are dipole radiation noise.The comprehensive results show that the numerical simulation technology is an economic and feasible reference method for aerodynamic noise analysis of two-dimensional airfoil of wind turbine blade.
