摘  要:利用轴承强化寿命试验机和轴承振动试验机对不同服役条件下全陶瓷球轴承辐射噪声进行测试,分析了全陶瓷球轴承在重载、冲击载荷、干摩擦状态以及低温环境下的辐射噪声。结果表明:重载和冲击载荷对全陶瓷球轴承辐射噪声有较大的影响,适当的径向载荷可以减小全陶瓷球轴承的辐射噪声;润滑状态改变对全陶瓷球轴承辐射噪声的影响比混合陶瓷球轴承小;全陶瓷球轴承的球为氮化硅、套圈为氧化锆时比球和套圈均为氮化硅时辐射噪声有更高的温度敏感性,结构尺寸和球数也是影响辐射噪声的重要因素。The radiation noise of full ceramic ball bearings under special service conditions is tested by using bearing intensified life tester and bearing vibration tester.The radiation noise of the bearings under heavy load,impact load,dry friction and low temperature environment are analyzed.The results show that:the heavy load and impact load have great influence on radiation noise of the bearings,and the appropriate radial load can reduce the radiation noise of the bearings;the change of lubrication state has less influence on radiation noise of the bearings than that of hybrid ceramic ball bearings;the radiation noise of the bearings with silicon nitride balls and zirconia rings is more sensitive to temperature than that with silicon nitride balls and rings,the structural size and number of balls are also important factors affecting the radiation noise.
