摘 要:为掌握水泥生料在高浓度CO_(2)气氛中的分解特性并给出最佳操作建议,构建了水泥生料分解试验和分解特性评价系统,研究了不同反应气氛、反应温度、水泥生料质量分数对分解特性的影响,并采用非线性拟合方法进行特性评估.基于试验数据开展了水泥生料分解特性评估.结果表明,CO_(2)生成曲线峰值、排放总量和分解时间都随氧气体积分数的增加而增大,当气氛由21%O_(2)/79%CO_(2)转变为25%O_(2)/75%CO_(2)时较为明显.较高的分解温度和煤粉含量延长了水泥生料分解的时间,有助于提高CO_(2)的生成率和总量,增加分解产物中CaO的质量分数至71%以上.水泥生料在30%O_(2)/70%CO_(2)气氛下分解特性最佳,且较有利于CO_(2)捕集.当温度为1005℃时水泥生料分解特性评价指数最佳.水泥生料质量分数为94%时,燃料用量和分解特性处于最优平衡状态.To obtain the decomposition characteristics of cement raw meal in high CO_(2) atmosphere and give the best operation suggestion,an experimental evaluation system for the decomposition of cement raw meal in high CO_(2) atmosphere was developed.Effects of the reaction atmosphere,the reaction temperature,and the mass fraction of cement raw meals on decomposition characteristics were systematically studied,and characteristics were evaluated by a nonlinear fitting method.Based on the experimental data,the decomposition characteristics of cement raw meals were evaluated.The results show that the emission peak of CO_(2),the total amount of CO_(2) and the total decomposition time all increase with oxygen volume fraction.This is more obvious when the atmosphere changes from 21%O_(2)/79%CO_(2) to 25%O_(2)/75%CO_(2).Besides,the higher decomposition temperature and the higher proportion of coal prolong the time of cement raw meal decomposition process,thus improving high generation rate,total amount of CO_(2),and increasing the CaO mass fraction of the decomposition products to over 71%.The decomposition characteristics of cement raw meals at 30%O_(2)/70%CO_(2) are the best and favorable for CO_(2) capture during the experiment.The best evaluation index of decomposition characteristics of cement raw meals are achieved at a temperature of 1005℃.When the mass fraction of cement raw meals is 94%,both the coal consumption and the decomposition characteristics are in optimum equilibrium.
