摘  要:提出了一种新型装配式销轴混凝土梁柱节点,将预制梁和预制柱通过耳板和销轴连接.通过制作新型销轴梁柱节点和现浇梁柱节点,施加低周往复荷载,分析其耗能能力与破坏模式.采用ABAQUS软件对6组不同参数下的新型装配式销轴混凝土梁柱节点进行数值模拟,研究耳板与端板厚度对节点耗能能力的影响.结果表明,新型装配式销轴梁柱节点的破坏集中于节点的梁、柱端板处,梁端混凝土发生轻微脱落,混凝土柱及远离核心区的混凝土梁无明显裂缝.新型装配式销轴混凝土梁柱节点可有效提高节点塑性损伤控制能力,节点的耗能能力较现浇梁柱节点有所提升.耳板厚度为25 mm、端板厚度为10 mm时,新型装配式销轴混凝土梁柱节点的耗能效果最好.A new type of prefabricated pin-shaft concrete beam-column joint was proposed,which connected prefabricated beams and prefabricated columns through lugs and pins.New pin-shaft joints and cast-in-place beam-column joints were fabricated.The energy dissipation capacity and failure modes were analyzed by applying low-cycle reciprocating loads.Numerical simulation analysis of the new prefabricated concrete beam-column joints under 6 groups of different parameters was carried out using ABAQUS software.The effects of the thickness of the ear plate and the end plate on the energy dissipation capacity of the joint were studied.The results show that the damage of the new prefabricated pin beam-column joint is concentrated on the beam and column end plate of the joint.The concrete at the beam end slightly falls off.The concrete column and the concrete beam far from the core area have no obvious cracks.The new prefabricated pin concrete beam-column joint can effectively improve the plastic damage control ability of the joint,and the energy dissipation capacity of the joint is improved compared with the cast-in-place beam-column joint.When the thickness of the ear plate is 25 mm and that of the end plate is 10 mm,the energy dissipation effect of the joint is the best.
