摘  要:为了有效地量化热再生沥青混合料的结团现象,针对不同粒径的RAP颗粒,采用筛分方法制备并表征了分档RAP结团.设计了分档与整体的筛分试验,以分档结团质量与整体沥青旋转黏度为主要特征参数,建立了热再生沥青混合料分档结团的评价方法,研究了粒径、质量分数和RAP结团程度的关系.结果表明,采用筛分试验可模拟不同粒径范围内的结团现象,结团指标可较好地量化热再生沥青混合料的结团程度.RAP粒径与结团指数整体呈负相关,RAP粒径4.75 mm是结团程度的分界值,RAP质量分数为35%~45%时结团指数达到最大值,RAP粒径较RAP质量分数对结团程度的影响更为显著.选用粒径大于4.75 mm的RAP粗集料可有效降低结团程度.To effectively quantify the cluster phenomenon of hot recycled asphalt mixture(RAP),the graded RAP clusters were prepared and characterized by a sieving method for RAP particles with different particle sizes.The graded and overall sieving tests were designed,and an evaluation method for the graded cluster of the hot recycled asphalt mixture was established by regarding the graded cluster quality and overall asphalt rotary viscosity as the main characteristic parameters.The relations between the particle size,the content and the degree of RAP cluster were investigated.The results show that cluster with different particle size ranges can be simulated by using sieve tests.The degree of cluster in hot recycled asphalt mixture can be well quantified by cluster indicators.There is an overall negative correlation between the RAP particle size and the clustering index.The RAP particle size of 4.75 mm is regarded as the boundary value of the cluster degree.The clustering index achieves the maximum when the RAP content is 35%to 45%.The effect of the RAP particle size on the degree of cluster is more significant than that of the RAP content.The degree of cluster can be effectively reduced by using RAP coarse aggregates with the particle size greater than 4.75 mm.
