摘　　要：越来越多的研究表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)与肾脏疾病密切相关。文章对lncRNA的特点和生物学作用及lncRNA在肾小球疾病、急性肾损伤、肾纤维化、肾细胞癌等肾脏疾病发生发展中的研究进展进行综述,为肾脏疾病的诊断提供潜在的分子标志物,并且为治疗提供潜在的靶点。More and more studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are closely related to kidney diseases.This article reviews the characteristics and biological functions of lncRNAs and the research progress of lncRNAs in the occurrence and development of renal diseases such as glomerular disease,acute kidney injury,renal fibrosis,renal cell carcinoma,etc.,and provides potential molecular markers for the diagnosis of renal diseases.and provide potential targets for therapy.
