加味复元活血汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味复元活血汤(JFHD)联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法将2020年1月至2021年11月在南充市中医医院就诊的60例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用手法复位夹板外固定治疗,试验组采用JFHD联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗,对比两组患者治疗1、3、7、14、28 d的疼痛评分、肿胀缓解程度、Cooney腕关节评分、X线片愈合情况等。结果试验组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疼痛评分、肿胀缓解程度、Cooney腕关节评分及X线片愈合情况等指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论JFHD联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解疼痛、改善软组织肿胀、促进骨折愈合、加快腕关节功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction(JFHD)combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture who were treated in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)by random sampling.The control group was treated with manual reduction and splint external fixation,while the experimental group was treated with JFHD combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,swelling relief degree,Cooney wrist function score and fracture healing shown by X-ray film on day 1,3,7,14 and 28 of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score,swelling relief degree,Cooney wrist function score and fracture healing shown by X-ray film in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion JFHD combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation is effective in the treatment of distal radius fracture,which can effectively relieve pain and swelling,promote fracture healing and accelerate the recovery of wrist function.
