167例皮肤病合并恶性肿瘤住院患者的临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解皮肤病合并恶性肿瘤疾病的临床特点,并探讨其相关性。方法回顾性分析四川省人民医院2010年12月至2020年12月收治的167例皮肤病合并恶性肿瘤疾病患者的临床资料。结果71.86%的患者年龄>60岁,在确诊肿瘤前皮肤表现以皮肌炎多见(31.75%),确诊后以带状疱疹多见(53.85%),且多发生于肿瘤中晚期,抗肿瘤治疗(如手术)可能会诱发皮肤病(如带状疱疹),治疗皮肤病(如免疫抑制剂)也可能导致肿瘤发生。结论一些特征性皮疹(如皮肌炎典型皮疹)可能提示肿瘤发生,同时一些非特征性皮疹(如多形红斑)也须警惕潜在恶性肿瘤存在,皮肤病合并肿瘤各有不同特点。Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of dermatoses complicated with malignant tumors,and to explore their possible correlation.Methods A retrospective study method was used to analyze the clinical data of a total of 167 cases of dermatoses complicated with malignant tumors admitted to Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2010 to December 2020.Results Most(71.86%)of the patients were over 60 years old.The most common skin manifestation was dermatomyositis(31.75%)before the diagnosis of tumor.Herpes zoster occurred in 53.85%of the patients after the diagnosis of tumor,mostly in the middle and late stages of tumor.Antitumor therapy(such as surgery)may induce certain dermatoses such as herpes zoster,and treatment of dermatoses(such as immunosuppressants)may also lead to the formation of tumors.Conclusion Some characteristic rashes(such as typical rash of dermatomyositis)suggest the occurrence of tumors,while some non-characteristic rashes(such as erythema multiforme)are also worthy of vigilance.Dermatoses combined with tumors have different characteristics.
