摘　　要：目的了解成都市某城区老年人健康相关行为(HRB)现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样法,于2020年6月随机抽取成都市某城区1048名≥60岁老年人,应用独立样本t检验以及多重线性回归分析方法,对其HRB进行调查分析。结果共回收有效问卷934份,有效问卷回收率为89.1%。老年人促进健康行为得分为(8.30±1.56)分,其促进健康行为受文化程度、罹患慢病状况、就业状况、居住方式和年龄5个因素影响(P<0.05)。结论调查地区老年人群有较好的促进健康行为,可从宏观-微观-个体不同层次对老年人群的HRB进行干预。Objective To investigate the current situation and possible influencing factors of health-related behaviors(HRB)of the elderly in an urban area of Chengdu.Methods A total of 1048 elderly people aged 60 and above were randomly selected in an urban area of Chengdu in June 2020 by cluster random sampling.Independent sample t test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to investigate and analyze their HRB.Results A total of 934 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 89.1%.The average score of health promoting behaviors in the investigated population was(8.30±1.56)points.Health promoting behaviors of the elderly were affected by five factors education level,chronic disease status,employment status,living arrangement and age(P<0.05).Conclusion The investigated population has good health promoting behaviors.Intervention should be carried out at macro,micro and individual levels to improve HRB of the elderly.
