摘　　要：科研不端行为造成了科研工作者对学术资源和学术生命的极大浪费,这不仅关乎一个国家科学事业的蓬勃发展,还直接影响着国家在科研领域的名誉声望。在分析中国医学领域科研工作者科研不端成因的基础上,通过全面梳理域外国家防范科研不端行为的一系列成熟经验,分别从建立以规范框架为基础的有效治理结构、明确法律法规中的科研失信界定标准、制定健康学术环境下的良好预防程序三方面对中国科研治理提出相应合理的对策与建议,以期促进中国医学领域科研工作健康开展,进一步推动医学科技的创新与进步。Scientific misconduct of researchers causes great waste of academic resources and academic life,which is not only related to the vigorous development of a country's scientific undertaking,but also directly affects the reputation of the country in the field of scientific research.Based on the analysis of the causes of scientific misconduct of medical researchers in China,this paper comprehensively summarized a series of mature experiences of extraterritorial medical field in preventing scientific misconduct,and put forward corresponding and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for China's scientific research governance from three aspects:establishing an effective governance structure based on the normative framework,clarifying the definition standards of scientific research dishonesty in laws and regulations,and formulating good prevention procedures in a healthy academic environment,in order to promote the healthy development of scientific research in China's medical field and further promote the innovation and progress of medical science and technology.
