摘　　要：白癜风是一种色素脱失性皮肤疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。之前,临床医生通常将白癜风认为是一种单纯的皮肤病,但越来越多的研究证据表明白癜风与多种自身免疫性疾病存在相关性。白癜风伴发甲状腺疾病、斑秃、糖尿病、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、炎症性肠病、干燥综合征等自身免疫性疾病的风险比一般人群明显提高。本文系统梳理了白癜风伴发自身免疫性共病的证据,以提高临床医生对白癜风自身免疫性共病的认识。Vitiligo is a depigmentation skin disease,seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Previously,clinicians usually regarded vitiligo as a simple skin disease,but more and more research evidences show that vitiligo is correlated to a variety of autoimmune diseases.The risks of vitiligo complicating thyroid disease,alopecia areata,diabetes,systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,inflammatory bowel disease,Sjogren syndrome and other autoimmune diseases are significantly higher than those in the general population.This paper systematically sorted out the evidences of vitiligo complicating autoimmune comorbidity,so as to increase clinicians′understanding of vitiligo autoimmune comorbidity.
