摘　　要：目的研究肾上腺素冰盐水溶液在减少假体隆乳手术术后出血的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年6月至2021年8月200例接受假体隆乳手术的求美者(腋窝入路,盲视下操作),随机分成对照组(A组)、观察组(B组),每组各100例,术后均放置负压引流管;A组手术常规步骤操作,B组手术常规步骤操作后在术中、术毕应用肾上腺素冰盐水溶液(简称混合液),配方:肾上腺素1ml+4℃生理盐水500ml,冲洗腔隙及混合液纱布填塞,术毕经双侧引流管往腔隙注入混合液各30ml,留置1h;观察比较两组求美者术后引流量的差异。结果术后第一天的引流量和术后引流量的总量,A组分别为(61±17)ml,(126±31)ml;B组,(42±11)ml,(78±26)ml,术后第一天引流量A组多于B组(25±11)ml,总量A组多于B组(53±28)ml,A组明显多于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肾上腺素冰盐水溶液的应用可以大大减少假体隆乳手术术后出血,减少留置引流管时间。Objective To study the effect of adrenaline ice saline solution in reducing postoperative bleeding after breast augmentation surgery.Methods From June 2020 to August 2021,200 patients(axillary approach,blind operation)who underwent prosthetic breast augmentation surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(group A)and observation group(group B),with 100 cases in each group.Negative pressure drainage tubes were placed after operation;Group A was operated in routine steps,and group B was treated with adrenaline ice saline solution(hereinafter referred to as mixed solution)during and after operation.The formula:1ml adrenaline+500ml 4℃normal saline,rinse the cavity and fill the mixed solution with gauze.After operation,30ml mixed solution was injected into the cavity through bilateral drainage tubes and left for 1H;The difference of postoperative drainage volume between the two groups was observed and compared.Results The drainage volume and total drainage volume on the first day after operation in group A were(61±17)ml and(126±31)ml respectively;Group B,(42±11)ml,(78±26)ml.On the first day after operation,the drainage volume in group A was(25±11)ml more than that in group B,the total volume in group A was(53±28)ml more than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of adrenaline ice saline solution can greatly reduce the bleeding after breast augmentation surgery and the time of indwelling drainage tube.
