摘　　要：目的探讨假体在臀部塑形的应用。方法自2017年1月至2022年1月,对85例臀部形态欠佳的求美者进行臀部假体植入手术,女性65例,男性20例,所有臀部植入假体选择胸假体(光面、圆形、中高突),植入层次在臀大肌下,假体体积大多300-400ml;术后7-9天拆线,术后随访1个月到1年。结果有效回访70例,其中60例患者对术后臀部形状满意,无包膜挛缩、假体移位、坐骨神经损伤等手术并发症发生。结论通过假体臀大肌下植入隆臀手术对臀部塑形有理想的治疗效果,但术前应该严格把握假体隆臀手术适应证,术前仔细评估,术后良好的护理,术中把控好操作细节,对隆臀手术的术后效果至关重要。Objective To explore the application of prosthesis in hip shaping.Methods from January 2017 to January 2022,85 patients with poor hip shape were implanted with hip prostheses,including 65 women and 20 men.All hip implants were breast prostheses(smooth,round and medium high protrusion).The implantation level was under the gluteus maximus,and the volume of prostheses was mostly between 300-400 ml;the suture was removed 7-9 days after operation.The patients were followed up for one month to one year.Results 70 cases were effectively followed up,of which 60 cases were satisfied with the shape of the hip after operation,and there were no complications such as capsule contracture,prosthesis displacement,sciatic nerve injury and so on.Conclusion Hip augmentation surgery with prosthesis implanted under gluteus maximus has ideal therapeutic effect on hip shaping,but the indications of hip augmentation surgery with prosthesis should be strictly grasped before operation.Careful evaluation before operation,good postoperative nursing and control of operation details during operation are very important for the postoperative effect of hip augmentation surgery.
