摘 要:串励电机调速时空载高速振荡,当其用于直流钻机绞车拖动时,不能满足操作工艺要求。本文以SINAMICS DCM直流调速整流器为基础构建了调速控制系统,以直流钻机装备制造行业普遍所采用的YZ08(A)串励电机数据及常规供电方式,计算出自适应和控制结构转换的电流断续点,分析了振荡产生的原因和表现过程,提出了解决思路,给出了其在钻机上的实用措施。现场实际应用表明,该控制系统取得了比较理想的控制效果,振荡基本被消除,达到了用户的工艺操作要求。The no-load high-speed oscillation of series excited motor during speed regulation do not meet the operation process requirements when it is used for DC drilling rig winch driving.Based on the SINAMICS DCM DC speed regulating rectifier,this paper constitutes a speed regulating control system.Using the data of YZ08(A)series excited motor and the conventional power supply mode commonly used in the DC drilling rig equipment manufacturing industry,this paper calculates the current discontinuity points of self adaptation and control structure conversion,analyzes the causes and performance process of oscillation,puts forward the solutions,and gives its practical measures on the drilling rig.The field application shows that the control system has achieved ideal control effect,the oscillation has been basically eliminated,and the process operation requirements of users have been satisfied.
