摘 要:纯电平台的汽车电池盒具有种类多、尺寸大、密封要求高等特点,冲压成形和尺寸控制较为困难。通过有限元虚拟仿真和现场实现对这电池盒的冲压工艺进行了全工序研究。首先通过有限元虚拟仿真验证制件的成形性;其次对其进行工艺排布,分析现场实现的可行性;最后分析了该类制件现场出现的收料变形问题以及解决方案。最终实物制件成形性和尺寸表现良好,验证了本研究具有较强的现实意义。The automobile battery box of the pure electric platform has the characteristics of many types,large size and high sealing requirements,and it is difficult to stamping and dimension control.The full stamping process of this battery box is studied through virtual simulation and plant implementation.Firstly,the formability is verified by virtual simulation;secondly,the process layout of the two parts is analyzed to identify the feasible in plant;finally,the deformation issue when receive the parts and the solutions are introduced.The final physical parts performed well in formability and dimension,which verified the strong practical significance of this study.
