摘　　要：介绍了一种新型浮动切换斜楔以及其在侧围外板模具中的应用,分析了冲压工艺及模具结构,采用双活式浮动斜楔和自锁型气动切换机构,实现一副模具生产有无油箱口的2种侧围制件,降低了模具成本。经生产验证,模具运行稳定,制件面品尺寸合格,满足了生产需求。The essay introduced the application of floating cam with switching mechanism in stamping die of automobile side panel.By analyzing the process and structure,the stamping die with movable floating cam and self-locking switching-cylinder which realized the manufacture of side outer with/without fuel tank opening in the same die,reduced the cost.After verification,the structure runned stably and surface quality of the product is up to standard.
