摘 要:为了探究当前高强板类制件产生划伤和拉毛缺陷的原因,以B柱高强板为研究对象,从热力耦合的角度开展分析研究。首先建立了有限元分析模型,通过不同的模具型腔温度的冲压仿真,获得了板料平坦区域和拉伸变形区域中的塑性变形热、摩擦热分布趋势,并从摩擦学的角度来解释其缺陷产生的原因,最后提出一些改善划伤、拉毛缺陷的措施,有助于提高实际高强板连续冲压生产制件表面品质。In order to explore the causes of scratch and hair-drawing defects in current high-strength plate parts,b-pillar high-strength plate was taken as the research object and analyzed from the perspective of thermodynamic coupling.With finite element analysis model is established,through the different temperature of the mold cavity stamping simulation,the sheet of the area of the flat area and drawing deformation trend of plastic deformation heat and friction heat distribution,and from the angle of tribophysics,to explain the causes of its defects,and finally put forward some improvement measures to scratch and galling defect,It is helpful to improve the surface quality of continuous stamping parts.
