热固性塑料模具电加热效率技术研究

摘　　要：介绍了模具加热效率主要提升方法:加热管的加热方式,使塑件均匀加热;使用热场仿真软件校正加热管摆放位置是否合理;加热管的功率及条数需根据塑件特征生产的节拍计算校正;使用多点控制系统,精确控制加热温度等。The main methods to improve the heating efficiency of mold are introduced.The heating mode of the heating pipe makes the product heat evenly.Use the thermal field simulation software to correct whether the placement position of the heating pipe is reasonable.The power and number of heating tubes shall be calculated and corrected according to the production beat of product characteristics.Use multi-point control system to accurately control heating temperature,etc..
