双金属锻模在高强铝合金框类锻件成形中的应用研究

摘  要:为提高7050高强铝合金框类锻件用锻模的服役寿命,针对现有锻模的温度场、应力场特点,采用功能梯度材料设计原理,对锻模选材进行了重新设计,并应用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D模拟并对比了新旧模具温度场、应力场、应变场的分布特点。结果表明:相较于传统均质材料锻模,新设计的双金属锻模应力集中及变形等情况均得到了改善,模具服役寿命得到了提高,该种锻模设计方法具有较大的推广价值。In order to improve the service life of the forging die for 7050 high-strength aluminum alloy frame forgings, according to the characteristics of the temperature field and stress field of the existing forging die, the material selection of the forging die is redesigned by using the design principle of functional gradient material, and the distribution characteristics of the temperature field, stress field and strain field of the old and new die are simulated and compared by using the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D. The results show that compared with the traditional homogeneous material forging die, the stress concentration and deformation of the newly designed bimetallic forging die have been improved, and the service life of the die has been improved. This forging die design method has great popularization value.
