摘 要:对比分析了抚钢生产的冷作模具钢Cr12MoV和Cr12Mo1V1的热处理工艺及性能。结果表明:淬火加热温度Cr12MoV采用980℃-1,020℃.Cr12Mo1V1采用1,020℃〜1,060℃较为适宜,淬火硬度范围两钢种均为60〜64.5HRC;回火可采用200℃低温回火和500℃高温回火两种工艺,200℃低温回火硬度两钢种均为62.5HRC,500℃高温回火硬度Cr12MoV为58.5HRC、Cr12Mo1V1为61HRC;Cr12Mo1V1冲击韧性好于Cr12MoV,200℃低温回火纵向冲击功分别约为40J和30J。The heat treatment process and property of Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1 for Cr12-MoV type cold work die steel produced by Fushun Special Steel were compared and analyzed in this paper. The results show that the suitable quenching temperatures for Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1are 980~1,020℃and 1,020~1,060℃ respectively. The quenching hardness ranges of two steels are both 60~64.5HRC. Low tempering temperature at 200℃ and high tempering temperature at500℃ can be adopted. The hardness of two steels at 200℃ of tempering temperature are both62.5HRC, whereas the hardness of Cr12MoV and Cr12Mo1V1 at 500℃ of tempering temperature are 58.5HRC and 61HRC. The impact toughness of Cr12Mo1V1 is better than that of Cr12MoV. The longitudinal impact energies of Cr12Mo1V1 and Cr12MoV are 40J and 30J respectively at 200℃ of low tempering temperature.
