摘　　要：大型液化石油气(LPG)船用输送储罐具有装载量大、成本低、安全性能高、方便快捷等优点,是海上石油能源运输的有效手段。鞍山华信重工机械有限公司首次采用国产07MnNiVDR钢种及配套国产锻件、焊接材料成功建造了5000 m^(3)全压式LPG船液货罐。介绍了储罐建造的标准规范、技术参数、设计方法、结构形式、材料选择、化学成分、力学性能、焊接工艺评定、无损检测等详情。探讨了LPG船液货罐建造中成型、组对、焊接、热处理、耐压试验、泄漏试验等过程的质量控制要点。对我国5000 m^(3)以上大型全压式LPG船液货罐国产化的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Large liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)marine conveying storage tanks have the advantages of large loading capacity,low cost,high safety performance,convenience and fast,etc.,and are an effective means of offshore petroleum energy transportation.Anshan Huaxin Heavy Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd.successfully built a 5000 m^(3) full-pressure LPG marine liquid cargo tank for the first time using domestic 07MnNiVDR steel grades and supporting domestic forgings and welding materials.The standard specifications,technical parameters,design methods,structural forms,material selection,chemical composition,mechanical properties,welding process evaluation,non-destructive testing and other details of the construction of storage tanks are introduced.The key points of quality control in the process of forming,pairing,welding,heat treatment,pressure test,leakage test and so on in construction are discussed.It has certain reference significance for the development of the localization of large-scale full-pressure LPG ship liquid cargo tanks above 5000 m^(3) in China.
