摘　　要：为确保某海上油气处理项目塔器制造材料的可靠性,对国内某钢厂生产09MnNiDR钢板的技术能力和产品质量进行考察和评估。采用统计方法对钢厂多炉批次钢板出厂检验数据进行分析,初步评价钢板产品整体质量。采购钢厂09MnNiDR厚钢板产品,进行钢板化学成分及力学性能的实验室测定,进一步确认钢厂生产09MnNiDR厚钢板的技术能力和产品质量。研究结果表明,钢厂产品质量稳定、技术成熟,化学成分及力学性能与GB/T 3531-2014中相关指标符合性较好,不存在厚板心部低温冲击吸收能量不合格产品,能够满足项目的钢板供货需求。In order to ensure the reliability of tower manufacturing materials for an offshore oil and gas treatment project,the technical capacity and product quality of 09MnNiDR steel plate produced by a domestic steel mill were investigated and evaluated.The statistical methods were used to analyze the inspection data of multiple batches of steel plates in the steel mill,and to preliminarily evaluate the overall quality of the steel plates.The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the thick steel plate were tested,and the technical ability and the product quality of 09MnNiDR thick steel plate were confirmed.The research results show that the product quality of the steel mill is stable,the technology is mature,the chemical composition and mechanical properties are in good compliance with the relevant indicators in GB/T 3531-2014,and there is no unqualified product for the low-temperature shock absorption energy at the core of the thick plate,which can meet the requirements of the project requirement.
