摘  要:某生产小颗粒尿素的合成氨尿素装置于2012年完成安装并投入使用,2016年更换小造粒喷头为中造粒喷头生产中颗粒尿素。更换造粒喷头后,短时间内喷头叶根处连续两次出现裂纹。采用simulation仿真分析软件对造粒喷头的振动工况进行分析,为造粒喷头改进提供理论依据和改进效果评估,帮助工厂解决了问题。振动模态分析和处理方法可为同类故障的诊断和改进提供参考。A synthetic ammonia urea plant for producing small granular urea was installed and put into use in 2012.In 2016,the small prilling bucket was replaced with a medium prilling bucket to produce medium granular urea.After replacing,cracks appeared twice at the root of the prilling bucket.The simulation analysis software was used to analyze the vibration conditions of the prilling bucket,which provided theoretical basis and improvement effect evaluation for the improvement of the prilling bucket,and helped the factory to solve the problem.The vibration modal analysis and processing methods can provide reference for the diagnosis and improvement of similar faults.
