摘　　要：以某海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)上轻烃回收处理系统的液化石油气(LPG)处理泵为例,根据LPG处理泵的设计工况,介绍了立式屏蔽泵的选型原则、设计标准、选材、布置要求及变频水试问题。同时,着重对立式屏蔽泵在FPSO上应用的适应性进行阐述,为今后海上油气田开发项目应用屏蔽泵提供参考依据。现场应用情况表明,LPG处理泵采用屏蔽泵运行工况良好,能够保障海上浮式LPG回收系统的长周期运行。Taking the liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)treatment pump in the light-hydrocarbon recovery and treatment system on an offshore floating production storage and unloading unit(FPSO)as an example,according to the design conditions of LPG treatment pump,the selection principle,design standard,material selection,layout requirements and performance test with frequency conversion condition of vertical canned motor pump were introduced.The adaptability of vertical canned pump in FPSO was expounded,which provided a reference for the application of canned pump in offshore oil and gas field development projects in the future.The field application shows that the LPG treatment pump adopts the canned pump in good working condition,which can guarantee the long-term operation of the offshore floating LPG recovery system.
