摘  要:分析了某平台索拉燃气轮机在海洋气候环境下,可转导叶在长时间运转和停机状态下卡死的原因和机理,以及可转导叶卡死造成的设备故障。针对可转导叶卡死造成的设备故障,设计了一套操作程序和专用检修工具,可恢复卡死的可转导叶到正常状态。The causes and mechanism for the jamming and sticking of the variable guide vane during long-term operation and shutdown of Solar gas turbine on a platform in the marine climate environment,and the equipment failure caused by the sticking of the variable guide vane were analyzed.In view of the equipment failure caused by the stuck variable guide vane,a set of operating procedures and special maintenance tools were designed to restore the stuck variable guide vane to the normal state.
