摘 要:为满足正常和故障状态下对多种型号舰用柴油机主要监测参数进行性能仿真,进而预测其运行特性的需要,针对柴油机系统建模过程中存在多学科、多尺度耦合的复杂性问题,着眼于提高柴油机模型的通用性、可重用性和建模效率,研究大功率舰用柴油机的标准化建模与性能预测问题。采用多领域统一建模语言Modelica建立四冲程柴油机通用模型库,在Mworks平台上进行系统集成,搭建某型舰用四冲程柴油机性能预测模型,并对模型可靠性和精度进行校核。在所建立模型的基础上,对该型柴油机在喷油定时故障和喷油器堵塞故障状态下的运行特性进行了预测和分析,得到了不同故障状态下柴油机监测参数的变化规律,为进一步的故障诊断工作建立研究基础。For satisfying the needs of the simulation of main monitoring parameters under normal and faults conditions and to meet the needs of performance characteristics prediction,due to marine Diesel engine system′s multi energy domains coupling and multilayer relations,while aiming to improve the generality,reusability and modeling efficiency to study the standardized modeling and performance prediction of high-power marine diesel engine a physical modeling language of multiple domains,Modelica,was proposed and applied to the modeling of a four-stroke diesel engine library.Based on the library,modules were integrated and the model of a marine diesel engine was modeled on Mworks,and the simulation result indicated that the established model is accurate.Based on the model,fault simulation was carried out at typical faults of diesel engine,and the effect of injection timing fault and injector blockage on the performance of diesel engine system was analyzed,and the variation rules of engine′s characteristic parameter were obtained and the further research of fault diagnosis is available.
