摘 要:对设计的一种船用舌阀壳体结构进行有限元分析,为舌阀的设计优化提供依据。有限元分析的结果建立在较为精确的阀体三维模型和符合实际的位移和力的边界条件的基础上。通过对舌阀的有限元分析,可以直观地研究阀门在外来载荷作用下,发生的变形趋势和结构应力分布,以此进行结构优化设计。优化后壳体的关键部位变形减少,刚度得以提高,密封性能得到显著改善。Using finite element analysis,the structural analysis on the body of the flap valve was performed to improve the structure of the flap valve.The results of finite element analysis were based on the finite element models and boundary conditions.The research indicated that with finite element analysis of the flap valve,we can directly study the deformation and the distribution of intensity led by outside loads.Then we can optimize the structure according to the study result.The deformation of important part has been reduced and the seal capability has been improved greatly after optimized.
