摘 要:随着航天领域的快速发展,在轨的航天器和地面测控设备数量急剧增长,对地面测控调度任务提出了更高的要求,调度管理系统日渐复杂,需要对地面测控调度系统进行综合评价。通过分析调度系统运行管理过程中的历史数据,结合领域专家意见,对其进行评价。而传统的层次分析法(AHP)无法对多专家意见综合利用,文章针对该问题使用了群组AHP综合判断矩阵,提出了基于改进A HP的测控资源调度管理综合评价方法。同时在典型应用场景中,以仿真数据为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。With the rapid development of aerospace field,the number of orbiting spacecraft and ground TT&C e-quipment increases sharply and it submits higher requirements for ground TT&C scheduling tasks.The scheduling management system is becoming more and more complex,so it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the ground TT&C scheduling system.By analyzing the historical data during the operation of the dispatching system,the assessment is made based on expert opinions.Traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is unable to use efficiently multi-expert advice.Aiming at this problem,this paper uses group AHP comprehensive judgment matrix and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of TT&C resource scheduling management based on improved AHP.At the same time,simulation data are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
