摘　　要：目的探讨不同病理类型乳腺黏液癌的多模态超声表现。方法回顾性分析80例乳腺黏液癌患者的临床资料及超声表现,对比分析单纯型与混合型灰阶超声、彩色多普勒及弹性成像特征。结果乳腺黏液癌多表现为低回声、肿块型。单纯型多表现为圆形或卵圆形、边界清晰、后方回声加强(P<0.001),混合型多为不规则形,微钙化及前哨淋巴结转移比例更高(P=0.047,P=0.002)。黏液癌多为乏血供,弹性评分偏高,单纯型相比混合型血供较少(P<0.001),弹性评分略低(P=0.042)。结论乳腺黏液癌的超声表现具有一定特征性,多模态超声对其有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the multimodal ultrasonic features of different pathological types of breast mucinous carcinoma.Methods The clinical data and ultrasonic manifestations of 80 patients with mucinous carcinoma of the breast were retrospectively analyzed,and the characteristics of simple and mixed gray-scale ultrasonography color Doppler and elastography were compared and analyzed.Results Most mucinous carcinoma of the breast was hypoechoic and massive.The simple types were mostly round or oval,with clear borders,and enhanced posterior echo(P<0.001),while the mixed types were mostly irregular,with a higher proportion of microcalcification and sentinel lymph node metastasis(P values are 0.047,0.002,respectively).Most mucinous carcinomas were lack of blood supply and had a higher elasticity score.Compared with mixed types,the simple type had a lower blood supply(P<0.001),and the elasticity score was slightly lower(P value was 0.042).Conclusions The ultrasonic manifestations of breast mucinous carcinoma have certain characteristics,and multimodal ultrasound has high diagnostic value.
