新生儿发育性髋关节异常超声早期筛查的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察新生儿发育性髋关节异常超声早期筛查的临床效果。方法选取在本辖区出生的新生儿作为本次研究对象,所有新生儿出生后由专业医师进行初步髋关节体格检查,发现新生儿疑似发育性髋关节异常者708例,对所有可疑新生儿进行双侧髋关节超声筛查,观察新生儿发育性髋关节异常超声早期筛查的临床效果。结果经超声筛查后,发现新生儿发育性髋关节异常者36例,髋关节共43个,诊断新生儿发育性髋关节异常最佳时期为1~3个月月龄新生儿;初步体格检查患儿关节弹响以及外展受限与超声筛查结果呈中等一致性;初步体格检查患儿臀纹不对称以及双下肢不等长与超声筛查结果呈一般一致性;初步体格检查患儿双下肢皮纹不对称与超声筛查结果呈极低一致性。结论对发育性髋关节异常新生儿采取超声早期筛查临床效果比较显著,有利于了解新生儿髋关节异常真实情况,从而实施有效治疗措施,全面提升患儿预后效果,临床适合扩展运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of early ultrasound screening for developmental hip abnormalities in neonates.Methods Newborns born in our area were selected as the subjects of this study,all newborns underwent preliminary hip physical examination by professional doctors after birth,found neonatal suspected developmental dislocation of the hip was abnormal in 708,and to all the suspicious newborns bilateral hip ultrasound screening,observe the newborn developmental abnormal hip ultrasound screening for early clinical effect.Results After ultrasound screening,36 cases of neonatal developmental hip abnormalities were found,including 43 hip joints.The best time to diagnose developmental hip abnormalities in neonates was 1-3 months old.The results of initial physical examination showed moderate consistency with those of ultrasound screening.The asymmetry of buttocks and unequal length of lower limbs were generally consistent with the results of ultrasound screening.There was a very low consistency between the results of the initial physical examination and the results of ultrasound screening.Conclusions The clinical effect of early screening with ultrasound for the neonates with developmental hip abnormalities is significant,which is conducive to understanding the real situation of the neonates with developmental hip abnormalities,so as to implement effective treatment measures and comprehensively improve the prognosis of the neonates.It is suitable for extended application in clinic.
