摘  要:目的探讨睾丸胚胎癌的超声及超声造影特征。方法回顾性分析6例睾丸胚胎癌的超声及超声造影表现,并结合既往文献进行讨论。结果6例病灶中,5例发病年龄<35岁,5例人类绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)升高,4例甲胎蛋白(AFP)升高,4例乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)正常;超声均表现为单发、最大径>3cm的实性低回声结节,5例内部回声不均匀、可见液化且血流信号Ⅱ级,4例位于右侧、边界不清晰、形态不规则,2例可见钙化及腹膜后淋巴结转移;超声造影均表现为快进、不均匀性高增强,5例可见无增强区,增强后4例边界清楚,5例大小不变、慢(或同步)退。结论睾丸胚胎癌的超声及超声造影有一定的特征,对临床诊断有一定的提示作用。Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of testicular embryonal carcinoma.Methods The ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features of six cases of testicular embryonal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and investigated in combination with previous literature.Results Among the 6lesions,5cases were younger than 35years old,5cases wereβ-HCG increased,4cases were AFP increased and4cases were LDH normal.Ultrasound showed single solid hypoechoic nodules with the maximum diameter>3cm.5cases had uneven internal echo,visible liquefaction and gradeⅡblood flow signal.4cases were located on the right side with unclear boundary and irregular shape and 2cases had calcification and retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed fast forward,nonuniformity high-enhancement.5cases showed no enhanced area.After enhancement,4cases had clear boundary,5cases had unchanged size and slow(or synchronous)regression.Conclusions Ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have certain characteristics in testicular embryonic carcinoma,which can be a good suggestive effect on clinical diagnosis.
