摘　　要：许雪君主任,衡阳市名老中医,致力于中医临床工作与研究40余年,对肝病、胃病、肠道病、肾病及内科疑难杂症有着丰富的治疗经验,余有幸跟师2年,受益匪浅。胃脘痛是门诊常见疾患,因其反复发作严重影响患者的生活质量,西医一般采用抑酸护胃、促进胃动力、保护胃黏膜等方法治疗,其短期疗效可,但停用后容易复发。许老运用自拟加味泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型胃痛,疗效显著,门诊随访复发率低。Director Xu Xuejun,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Hengyang,has devoted himself to clinical work and research of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years.She has rich experience in the treatment of liver disease,stomach disease,intestinal disease,kidney disease and other difficult and miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine.The author was fortunate to have been with her for two years and benefited a lot.Epigastralgia is a common disease in outpatient clinic.Because of its repeated attacks,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Western medicine generally adopts acid suppression and gastric protection,promoting gastric motility,protecting gastric mucosa and other methods.The short-term curative effect is acceptable,and it is easy to relapse after discontinuation.Xu used self-made modified Xiexin decoction in the treatment of cold and heat mixed type of stomachache,with significant curative effect and low recurrence rate in outpatient follow-up.
