敷和汤在高血压病中的临床应用

摘　　要：巳亥年为厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,运气特征为“热病行于下,风病行于上,风燥胜复行于中”。三因司天方中敷和汤为根据巳亥年运气特征所设。在临床上使用敷和汤治疗高血压病往往能收到较好的效果。现列举临床验案3则,进一步阐释五运六气理论和使用三因司天方的方法,为临床诊疗提供新的思路。It is the Jueying Fengmu Sitian and Shaoyang Xianghuo Zaiquan in the Si year and Hai year.The five evolutive phases and six climatic factors character of Si year and Hai year is“the fire-heat syndrome appearing below and the wind syndrome appearing above,wind,dryness and heat prevailing in the middle”.The Fuhe decoction is created based on the characteristics of the Si year and Hai year.Treatment of hypertension using Fuhe decoction is often able to achieve better clinical results.Now,three cases are attached for the same purpose to further explain the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and apply the three-factor method,to provide a new way of thinking for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
