浅谈汪机巧用人参黄芪

摘　　要：汪机,字省之,别号石山居士,安徽祁门人,是皖南新安医学的奠基人。著有《石山医案》《针灸问对》《医学原理》《外科理例》《运气易览》等,其临床经验丰富,认为所有的疾病都是由脾胃引起的,脾胃都受到了损害。用甘温之药治疗才是最好的方法,所以选用了人参、黄芪2味性味甘温有帮助脾胃运化功效的药物治疗疾病。作者通过汪氏治疗脾虚证的几则医案来简要介绍其巧用参芪的心得体会。Wang Ji,Xingzhi,also known as Shishanjushi,was born in Qimen of Anhui.He was the founder of Xin’an Medicine in Southern Anhui.His works include Stone Mountain Medical Records,Acupuncture Questions and Answers,Principles of Medicine,Surgery Cases,Yunqi Yilan,etc.He has rich clinical experience and believes that all diseases are caused by the spleen and stomach.All have been damaged.It is the best way to treat with sweet and warm medicine,so the holy medicine with two flavors of ginseng and astragalus,which is sweet and warm,has the effect of helping the spleen and stomach to transport and transform.The author briefly introduces his experience of appropriate application of ginseng and astragalus through several medical records of Wang’s treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome.
