HPLC法复方克力乳膏中氯霉素和醋酸曲安奈德含量的同时测定

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法同时测定复方克力乳膏中氯霉素和醋酸曲安奈德两组分含量的方法。方法固定相采用安捷伦ZORBAXSB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-乙醚(64:34:2),检测波长240 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温:30℃。结果氯霉素线性范围为60.03~700.35μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),平均回收率99.92%,RSD为0.12%(n=9),醋酸曲安奈德线性范围为4.518~52.71μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.23%,RSD为0.73%(n=9)。结论HPLC法灵敏、准确、操作方便、专属性强,可作为复方克力乳膏质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and triamcinolone acetonide acetate in compound Keli cream.Methods Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(250 mm*4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water-ether(64:34:2),the detection wavelength was 240 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃.Results the linear range of chloramphenicol was 60.03-700.35μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),the average recovery was 99.92%,RSD was 0.12%(n=9).The linear range of Anide was 4.518-52.71μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),with an average recovery of 99.23%and RSD of 0.73%(n=9).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,easy to operate and specific,and can be used for the quality control of compound Keli cream.
