基于中医体质学说探讨新型冠状病毒致疫病的中医预防对策

摘　　要：中医将新型冠状病毒引起的流行病归属“疫病”范畴,是有强烈传染性和广泛流行性的一类急性外感疾病。当前研究的重点是如何有效地控制疾病的发生和传播。中医体质学认为,疫病的发生发展、转归和预后与个体体质密切相关。预防疫病应重视体质的差异性,通过辨识不同体质制定因人而异的预防方案,以达到控制疫病发生和传播的目的。本文从中医体质学角度分析体质与疫病的关系,同时提出“整体观念,多措并举;因人制宜,辨体施防;三级预防,防重于治”的中医预防疫病的三大策略。The diseases caused by the novel coronavirus belong to“epidemic”in traditional Chinese medicine,which is a type of acute exopathic disease with strong contagion and widespread epidemic.At present,how to control the occurrence and spread of epidemic disease effectively is the focus of research.Physique theory in traditional Chinese medicine holds that the occurrence,development and outcome of epidemic disease are related to individual physique closely.In order to control the occurrence and spread of epidemic disease,we should pay attention to the difference of physique and make different prevention plan by identifying different physique.This paper analyzes the relationship between physique and epidemic disease from the angle of biotypology of chinese medicine,and puts forward three strategies of preventing epidemic disease by traditional Chinese medicine:concept of wholism,multi-measures,personal conditions,prevention based on physique;three-level prevention,prevention is important than cure.
