摘  要:针对传统真空发生器研究存在的CAD/CAE数据转换精度损失和重复建模的问题,利用ANSYS Workbench平台开发面向真空发生器的全流程CAD/CAE系统,建立结构设计和仿真分析相关联的参数化模型,降低了模型的精度损失,避免了三维模型优化变更造成的重复建模问题,分析了真空发生器拉瓦尔喷管喉部直径、出口直径、扩张管直径、扩张段长度等结构参数对真空度的影响。结果表明:全流程CAD/CAE系统可实现“建模-仿真-修改-优化”的闭式循环,提高了仿真及优化的效率及可靠性。Aiming at the problems of CAD/CAE data conversion accuracy loss and repetitive modeling in traditional vacuum generator research,the whole process CAD/CAE system for vacuum generator is developed by ANSYS Workbench platform.And the established parametric model associated with structural design and simulation analysis reduces the accuracy loss of the model and avoids the duplicate modeling problem caused by the optimization change of the three-dimensional model.The effects of structural parameters such as throat diameter,outlet diameter,expansion tube diameter and length of expansion section of vacuum generator Laval nozzle on vacuum level were analyzed.The results show that whole process CAD/CAE system can realize the closed cycle of“modeling-simulation-modification-optimization”,which improves the efficiency and reliability of simulation and optimization.
