摘 要:用传统方法对新建或改造后变电站的继电保护接线正确性进行检验,需要一次系统带电并使相应的线路电流达到最小负荷电流。这不仅存在误操作风险,而且有时难以完成检验任务。为解决上述问题,提出了一种基于无线同步信息的继电保护分布式智能测试系统,包括四个关键部分:无线同步信息产生与传输子系统,其以母线电压互感器的二次侧A相电压作为参考相量,产生的同步信息通过433 MHz无线局域网络发布;短时输出交流电流高达1000 A的同步大电流发生器;用于同步记录继电保护装置输入端口的电压、电流波形数据的同步录波装置;对波形数据进行分析判断并自动给出测试结果的智能测试分析软件。阐明了所提分布式智能测试系统的结构、工作原理、实现方法以及在现场检验测试的应用流程。所提方法已经在实际运行中使用,具有较强的实用性。Using the traditional inspection method to check the wiring correctness of relay protection devices of newly built or reformed substations,there exists not only the risk of maloperation,but also sometimes it is difficult to complete the inspection task.The primary system needs to be charged and the corresponding line current made to reach the minimum load current.To solve the above problems,a distributed intelligent testing system for relay protection based on wireless synchronization information is proposed.It includes four key parts:the wireless synchronization information generation and transmission subsystem,using the A-phase voltage of secondary side of bus voltage transformer as the reference phasor,and releasing the produced synchronization information through the 433 MHz wireless local network;the synchronized high current generator of short-time output AC current up to 1000 A;the synchronized waveform recorder used to synchronously record the waveform data of voltages and currents on the input port of the relay protection device;the intelligent testing and analysis software used to give automatically the test results by analyzing and judging the waveform data.The structure,working principle,implementation method and the field testing procedure of the proposed distributed intelligent testing system are clarified.The proposed method has been used in actual operation and has strong practicability.
