无溶剂环保型高强度单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以PCDL-2000、MDI、潜固化剂以及环保增塑剂为主要原料,制备了一种不含挥发性有毒溶剂的环保型高强度单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,研究了聚醚种类及比例、—NCO含量、潜固化剂及增塑剂添加量等因素对涂料性能的影响。根据最佳比例制备的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其拉伸强度可以达到7.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为600%,撕裂强度为34 N/mm。Taking PCDL-2000,MDI,latent curing agent and environment friendly plasticizer as the main raw materials,an environment friendly high strength one component polyurethane waterproofing coating free of volatile toxic solvents is prepared.This paper studies the effect of polyether type and proportion,—NCO content,the amount of latent curing agent and plasticizer on the properties of the coating.The one component polyurethane waterproofing coating prepared according to the best proportion has a tensile strength of 7.5 MPa,an elongation at break of 600%,and a tearing strength of 34 N/mm.
