摘　　要：目前国内渔船配备的电子仪器设备普遍存在技术落后、功能交叉、性价比低、操作流程繁杂、远程通信监管困难等诸多问题,研制中小型渔船电子仪器配置标准来规范电子仪器的配置显得尤为重要。本文介绍了国内外渔船标准与规则规范,分析了国内渔船有关设备标准及配置存在的问题,为标准化的研究提供理论支撑。从安全、技术、管理和服务角度出发设计标准体系,从技术支撑层面出发将仪器配置分为通用和专用两类,确立了中小型渔船设备配置与设备核心功能。通过标准化配置的研究,为引导未来新材料渔船专业化、标准化发展提供必要支撑。At present,there are many problems in the electronic equipment of domestic fishing vessels,such as backward technology,cross function,low cost performance,complicated operation process and difficult remote communication supervision.It is particularly important to develop the standard on electronic equipment configuration for small and medium-sized fishing vessels to regulate the configuration of electronic equipment.This paper introduces the standards and regulations for fishing vessels at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the standards and configurations of relevant equipment of domestic fishing vessels,and provides theoretical support for standardization research.The standards system is designed from the perspectives of safety,technology,management and service.From the perspective of technical support,the instrument configuration is divided into two categories:general and special purpose,and the equipment configuration and core functions of small and medium-sized fishing vessels are established.Through the research on standardized configuration,it will provide necessary support for guiding the professional and standardized development of China’s new material fishing vessels in the future.
