摘　　要：为了进一步强化监管、赋能基层,满足产品质量监督抽查全程留痕、可视可控的需求,为抽样机构提供更加高效便捷的工作手段,运用移动互联网及智能终端技术,开发建设了监督抽查移动端应用,该应用提供电子抽样单录入、音视频图像采集、远程实时对讲、抽样单现场打印等功能,缩短了现场抽样时间,提升了监督抽查工作效能、强化了监管工作的规范性、透明度、威慑力。In order to further strengthen supervision,meet the needs of leaving marks in the whole process of product quality supervision and random inspection,and provide more efficient and convenient working means for sampling institutions,we have developed mobile terminal application for supervision and random inspection by using mobile Internet and intelligent terminal technology.This application provides some functions,include electronic sampling sheet entry,audio and video image acquisition,remote real-time intercom,and on-site printing of sampling form,which shortens the on-site sampling time,improves the effciency of supervision and random inspection,and strengthens the standardization,transparency and deterrence of supervision.
