摘 要:本文针对低速单转子轴流压气机,通过实验手段研究了径向畸变条件下施加轴向缝机匣处理措施对压气机失速裕度及失速先兆演变特征的影响。稳态性能测量结果表明,在叶顶、叶中和叶根畸变条件下,轴向缝机匣处理均能消除畸变对失速裕度的负面影响,同时仍能推迟压气机失速。通过分析在转子前缘测得的非定常压力信号,可知,径向畸变不会改变压气机失速先兆类型,仍然为Spike失速先兆,且传播速度为65%~72%转子转速。当施加轴向缝机匣处理后,失速先兆尺度增大,传播速度降低至接近50%转子转速。失速过程功率谱密度分析结果表明,轴向缝机匣处理能够抑制失速前旋转失速频带附近扰动,进而推迟压气机失速,确保其抗畸变能力。In this paper, the effects of axial slot casing treatment on the stall margin and stall precursor under radial distorted inflow were experimentally studied in a low-speed single-rotor compressor. The steady measurement results showed that under tip, middle and hub radial distorted inflow, the axial slot casing treatment can eliminate the negative influence of distorted inflow on the stall margin, and it can still delay the occurrence of stall. The unsteady pressure signals measured at the leading edge of the rotor demonstrated that, the radial distortion cannot change the type of stall precursor, it is still spike-type stall precursor, its propagation speed is 65%~72% of rotor speed.When the axial slot casing treatment was adopted, the scale of the stall precursor increases, and the propagating speed of stall precursor approximates to 50% of rotor speed. The power spectral density of the stall process showed that the axial slot casing treatment can suppress the disturbance,whose frequency is around the rotating stall frequency band, thereby delaying stall and ensuring its anti-distortion ability.
