摘  要:机舱风速(NWS)通常用于水平轴风电机组(HAWT)的功率预测和运行控制。机舱风速受到风轮近尾流的影响。当前对于机舱附近的近尾流研究不多。由于叶片旋转、分离流动和机舱几何的影响,机舱风速与来流风速存在明显差异,表现出很强的非定常性。这些特征与风轮的运行状况密切相关。采用计算流体力学(CFD)对某2 MW风电机组机舱附近的近尾流流场进行了研究。研究了风轮偏航和叶片旋转对机舱风速变化的影响,以及机舱堵塞和叶片旋转对于机舱风速的影响。研究发现,叶片旋转对于机舱风速的扰动作用会使得机舱风速明显低于来流风速;机舱的堵塞作用会使得机舱风速明显低于入口风速。而在偏航工况下,叶片的旋转和机舱堵塞对于机舱风速的影响均有所降低。Nacelle wind speed(NWS)is usually used for power prediction and operation control of horizontal axis wind turbine(HAWT).The wind speed of the nacelle is affected by the short running flow of the wind wheel.There are not many studies on the near-tail flow near the nacelle.Due to the influence of blade rotation,separation flow and nacelle geometry,there is a significant difference in the wind speed and flow velocity of the nacelle,showing a strong non-constant normality.These features are closely related to the operating conditions of the wind wheel.The calculation fluid mechanics(CFD)was used to study near-tail flow flow in the vicinity of a 2 MW wind turbine machine.The impact of wind wheel yaw and blade rotation on the wind speed change of the nacelle,and the impact of the nacelle clogging and the rotation of the blade for the wind speed of the nacelle.The study found that the disturbance of the blade rotation for the wind speed of the nacelle will make the nacelle wind speed significantly below the wind speed;the blockage of the nacelle will make the nacelle wind speed significantly below the inlet wind speed.Under yaw conditions,the rotation of the blade and the impact of the nacelle clogging for the wind speed of the nacelle have decreased.
